Emily VanCamp is changing up her girl-next-door image with her role as Emily Thorne, a woman bent on her own form of justice, in the new series Revenge (Wednesdays, 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, ABC).
VanCamp got her big break as Amy Abbott in Everwood and continued her career on the drama Brothers & Sisters as Rebecca Harper.
On Revenge the actress gets to tap into her darker side and she’s happy her fans are willing to go there with her.
She tells us in the video below that we’ve got plenty to look forward in the coming weeks as Revenge starts to unfold and Emily begins to get even – and VanCamp confesses that playing a sort of bad girl has been a blast.
